We get asked this question at least 5 times a week, the reality is that if you wait, it is almost always going to hurt your bank account. The market in Southern Arizona has not slowed down, infact we still have a huge lack of inventory which continues to keep prices higher, and our interest rates are still at an all time low. Demands are high and they are not building properties at the rate needed. Experts are predicting home prices to increase 9-20% across the US over the next year. Mortgage experts are predicting the interest rates to increase around 1%.
Below are scenarios at a 12% increase in price and a 1% interest rate increase to give you an idea where we expect things to change.
